A: The KwikPit and Eze-Pit were designed to be packed in as small
container as possible so as not to incur any
freight charges or long wait times. The units will be shipped by regular
mail such by USPS, FedX or UPS. The shipment times average 5 to 7

5/8 inch Particleboard. Particleboard is widely used in the manufacture of furniture, cabinets, shelving and many other products. Today's particleboard gives manufacturers the consistent quality and design flexibility needed for fast, efficient production lines and quality consumer products. Although Particleboard is maligned by many fine furniture builders, at the same time many furniture makers hide Particleboard under a veneer layer. Many uninformed people feel particleboard is inferior to other wood products or have had bad experiences with Particleboard. Particleboard should not be used to bear great loads or left out in the weather these are the main mistakes people make with Particleboard projects. The design uses straight cuts, no curves or odd shapes. The plans are designed to be read by the first time builder, no layered drawing or technical jargon. Some diagrams are oversized for emphasis where needed, there are step by step instructions throughout. We stock a Hardware kit which reduces the search for parts, all materials should be obtainable at your local home improvement store. The KwikPit is shipped unpainted, all holes
drilled and ready for assembly. The KwikPit may be used as is or
painted. The finish of the kit is up to the builder it may be anything
from a coat of paint to detailed sanding and applying a custom finish.

kwikPit have the edges beveled or sanded?
A: The
kwikPit comes with a sanded finish the corners,
and edges are not beveled or rounded. This would add to the cost of
the kit. Those who do want to do this can do it with a simple
sanding block. We felt that the extra cost of this option should
not be borne by those who do not require it.

our shipping rates are calculated live from the couriers. Shipping costs just like stamps have risen over the last several years and has become more expensive.
You choose the most efficient way based on the amount collected for shipping,
we use UPSP, UPS and FED EX. You will NEVER be charged more for shipping than is calculated by the
